Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Local Pick Up: Please contact company directly to arrange local pick up options if you live in our around Rutland.


Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Delivery Time: Domestic delivery within the US typically takes 3 to 5 business days once shipped.

Final Sale & Custom Orders
Because each handmade item is uniquely crafted and often made to order, all purchases are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or is materially different from the listing description, please contact us no more than 1 day after delivery. To help us resolve the issue, please include photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a repair on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions
Please double-check your sizing, color choices, and shipping address before checking out. Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless an error was made on our end.
